The 22^nd UITIC International Technical Footwear Congress, co-organized by UITIC and China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) , will be held in Shanghai, China from Aug 31^st to Sept 3^rd, 2025. The theme of the congress is “Footwear Competitiveness and Sustainable Development in the AI Era” .

Footwear manufacturers, researchers, and other industry experts will come together to discuss and explore the future of footwear companies through sharing key innovations and insights at this technical conference. The main topics include Materials and Products Innovation, Sustainability as an Opportunity for Competitiveness, Smart and AI Empowered Manufacturing, and Successful Industrial Stories.

The Scientific Committee of UITIC has been calling for technical presentations from now on. Two categories of presentation will be accepted: spoken (oral) presentation and visual (poster) presentation. All abstracts of presentations must be submitted online no later than 11^th April 2025.
