Shanghai Customs Announces Five Reform Measures for CSPFTZ

Shanghai Customs District announced recently five reform measures to be carried out for the development of China(shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (CSPFTZ). Among them, four measures took effect on July 1, which included “measures on reforming the registration process for enterprises”, “measures on accelerating the mutual recognition of AEOs( Authorized Economic Operator)”, “measures on piloting the ‘enterprise coordinator scheme’” and “measures on enterprise creditability information publication”. “Measures on self-compliance management of enterprises”, the last one of the five, has been enacted and will be implemented after a formal announcement.
