Scuola del Cuoio has awarded a bonus to its employees after reporting significant growth in its full year results.

The company achieved a 25% improvement in turnover in the 2024 fiscal year, with an EBITDA index of 1495.517. Scuola del Cuoio is a leather school in Florence, Italy, which manufactures a range of high-quality leather goods.
Exports had a notable impact, with sales to the United States leading the destinations for growth, where customers are willing to wait up to seven months for a bespoke leather bag.
In celebration, it has awarded a bonus of €2,500 to each of its 35 employees in their December pay checks.
The company said: “We owe this success, in a difficult moment for the sector, to the commitment and performance of our master craftsmen and to all those who work with us every day, feeling part of a team. We are proud of what we have built together with them.”
