Spain’s national association of footwear component manufacturers (AEC) celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary at a gala event in Elche on December 5.
Almost 300 people attended the event. AEC president, Manuel Román. He paid tribute to past and present members. He thanked them for “keeping the faith when times had been hard”.
He said that AEC members’ support of the Futurmoda exhibition had been of great importance. Mr Román said that Futurmoda, which recently held its fifty-second edition, suppliers in all parts of the footwear supply chain a window on the world and a showcase for their innovative ideas.
