Athletic footwear retail group Footasylum has reported full-year revenues of £349.5 million for the 12 months ending January 25, 2025.
This figure represents growth of 9.4% year on year and is a record figure for the UK-based group.
Founded in 2005, Footasylum now has more than 60 stores across the UK. It has established strategic partnerships with major brands including Nike, adidas and New Balance. It employs around 2,500 people.
Chief executive, David Pujolar, commented: “These results reflect progress across all areas of the business.” He said strong relationships with leading global brands remained central to the company’s offer.
Rival group JD Sports acquired Footasylum in 2020, but the competition authorities in the UK ordered it to sell the group. In 2022, asset management company Aurelius Group moved to acquire Footasylum.
